Twin Renovations at First Track Condos, Base of Whistler Mountain:

Two remarkably similar renovations have been successfully completed within the First Track complex at the base of Whistler Mountain. Despite the logistical challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, both renovations were seamlessly executed in a multi-unit setting.

Design and Coordination:

Karl played a pivotal role as the designer, meticulously producing all CAD drawings and specifications for the projects. His expertise guided the transformation of these units, encompassing the installation of new fireplaces and fireplace walls, a complete overhaul of the kitchens, the introduction of new flooring, and an extensive repaint of the entire living spaces.

Project Management:

Taking charge of project management, Karl efficiently navigated the complexities of obtaining strata authorizations and municipal building permits. His responsibilities extended to the meticulous coordination of all orders and subcontractors, ensuring a smooth and synchronized execution throughout the renovation process.
