Two near-identical renovations were expertly completed at First Track Condos, right at the base of Whistler Mountain. Despite the hurdles of the COVID-19 pandemic, both projects were flawlessly executed in a multi-unit setting with seamless precision.
From detailed CAD drawings to carefully curated specifications, Karl and Golden Spruce meticulously crafted every design element to transform these spaces. The renovations featured brand-new fireplaces and fireplace walls, fully reimagined kitchens, fresh flooring, and a complete repaint, bringing new life to each unit.
Navigating strata approvals, securing permits, and coordinating orders and subcontractors—all aspects of the renovation process were expertly managed by Golden Spruce and Karl to ensure smooth execution from start to finish. The result? Two stunning, modernized spaces that blend style with functionality.
