Project Overview:

For this project, we are proud to assist the owner of JSTL Construction Ltd in bringing his dream house to life.

Location and Timeline:

This ongoing venture is situated in the picturesque Emerald Estate in Whistler, BC, and is slated for completion in the summer of 2023.

Key Contributions:

Karl played a pivotal role in generating the architectural drawings and navigating the intricacies of the building permit application process with the municipality.

Challenges and Triumphs:

Working with a steep and narrow lot posed significant challenges, yet our team successfully maximized every inch of space. Despite a permitted Gross Floor Area (GFA) of 3500 square feet, we ingeniously utilized the entire allowance to construct a spacious 6600-square-foot house.
