Steep terrain, blasting
Major blasting required to develop a steep, constrained site with almost no flat ground to stage equipment or materials.
Solution
Crane logistics and prefab forming on a constrained site
Reusable prefab forming panels were lifted and repositioned by crane — an efficient approach where conventional staging wasn't possible. Hybrid ICF and traditional forming delivered the durable exposed concrete finish throughout all five units.

Five duplexes at the top of BC's energy standard
